Meet "Maddy", our seven-passenger, all-wheel-drive Acura MDX! Wanna know what makes Maddy different? Safety. He has full-time all-wheel drive (no switches or buttons), modern collision avoidance systems, and LATCH anchor points for up to FIVE child seats. Shaw isn't your typical rental SUV, and we're not your typical Turo hosts. Here's why. 1) Nice cars with insanely low prices. How? Our location is *just* off airport property. If you're cool taking an Uber, Lyft or Taxi to us, then we'll handle the rest. 2) Delivery is reasonable, and happens *at the airport* and *on your terms.* Flight running late? That's cool, just keep us in the loop. No rush, no stress. 3) We're flexible with timing. Really. Take up to an extra hour at no charge. Just ask us first. 'Long as we don't have back-to-back (<1hr) rentals, you're good. Sold? Get bookin'. Not sold? Keep readin'. 4) This is our full-time job, and we're only here because you exist. Rather than tell you everything *not* to do, we'll encourage you with things *to* do. 5) We offer a *massive* stockpile of accessories and convenience items. -- IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS -- Please bring a VALID ID that matches your name on this account or we cannot legally give you the vehicle. ------ VEHICLE RETURN ------ Vehicle should be returned in the same condition it was received. Also, please ensure to return the vehicle with the same fuel level it was received in. ------ LATE RETURN ------ Late Return: To avoid late return fees, please be sure to extend the rental through the app as early as possible if you plan on keeping the vehicle longer it's prefered to keep this under 4/hrs. Vehicles can be booked upto an hour apart, which may cause additional late fees to be charged. ------ NO SMOKING/VAPING ------ Absolutely, no Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, it will be reported to Turo and you will be liable for cleaning fees at $250.   • What if a rock chips the windshield?
    This can happen to anyone anywhere. Just let us know or if one is identified after your trip we will work with you in the most economically way possible. Most small chips can be repaired for $40, we will get it repaired and bill after the work is completed.
  • Can I use Colorado Toll Roads?
    You’re welcome to use toll roads in Colorado. All tolls are tracked and billed to us electronically. We will submit a request for reimbursement once your trip ends. We just ask that you approve your respective Toll passes when the reimbursement request comes through Turo.   • What is the condition of the vehicle?
    Cars are in good condition and have been shared with the Turo community, so they have encountered your expected normal day-to-day wear and minor door dings. Please remain confident that you won't be held liable for any pre-existing wear or damage. All existing issuses are cataloged and documented by our professional valet parking staff before and after each trip. ** If there is an issue you run into we will always try to work with a renter in the most economical manner possible **
  • Does the car need to be returned cleaned?
    We offer a free basic cleaning service for both the exterior and interior. Although, there are going to be a few exceptions where cleaning fees would be applied. For example, Smell of Smoke, Other Odors, Upholstery/Carpet Shampooing, Deep Cleaning, Exterior Excessively Dirty, Excessive buildup of Mud, etc.
  • How to contact us?
    Turo is often the best number to call first, since they are staffed 24/7. They can be reached at 415-965-45251. If you need to reach me please send a message through the Turo app or if you need to call my number is also listed there.
  • Gas levels
    You're responsible for any gas you use. You should receive the car with a full tank and return it full. If you receive it less than full for some reason, please take a picture of gas levels before you leave the pickup location. Fill it up to full and upload a picture of the gas receipt to Trip Photos and a reimbursement will be issued.
  • How can I add other drivers?
    Add any other drivers that will be driving the vehicle on the Turo App
  • Can the vehicle be picked up earlier than expected?
    Per Turo policy, a vehicle can't be provided earlier than the time specified for the start of the trip. Colorado uses the Mountain Time Zone. If you believe that you may be arriving earlier than intended we'd suggest adjusting the rental start time FORWARD slightly, so you aren't waiting for the vehicle.
