This is not a direct airport delivery at the gate, we deliver the vehicle to you at the home location, which is conveniently located less than a 10 minute Taxi/Uber/Lyft ride away. It is very spacious and seats up to 7 people, along with additional trunk space in the back, the seats all fold down and can fit sizable furniture. There are also automatic side doors, parking distance control, aux audio, leather seats. Everything you need for your road trip! This car has the following features: -DVD Player w/ 2 flip down TV's for back seat (great for kids!) -Rear Backup Camera -Aux cable for music (included with rental) -USB Plug -AM/FM Radio -7 Seats, all back seats can be lowered for extra storage space -Takes regular gas Want to rent some gear from us?! Guidelines

Gas: Gas is not included with your rental, please bring the vehicle back with the same or more gas than when you received it. Be sure to take photos for the gas and mileage before and after your trip. Missing Gas: If you do not have time to fill up the tank upon return Turo will charge fee in addition to the missing portion of gas. Returning the vehicle with missing gas will void our 15 min grace period for returns. Toll: For tolls, you can prepay the toll, pay cash or go through Fastrak. If you go through Fastrak with our vehicle, you will be billed for the toll. If you do not use Fastrak please keep the receipt. If you do not inform us about toll crossings through Turo messages, Turo will charge fee in addition to the cost of the toll. Please let us know via Turo Messenger with the tagline "I had X tolls crossings for this trip" so we can take care of these tolls in a efficacious manner! Tickets: You are responsible for all tickets during your rental AND for 24 hours following the rental period. If you incur a ticket, we will pay off the ticket for you and Turo will charge a fee in addition. You may elect to pay off the ticket on your own. Damage/Accident: Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. We appreciate your honestly and will work with you to solve the problem (we have good relationships with a few shops in the area). Cleanliness: Please return the car in as-good or better condition than when you borrowed it. No smoking or pets please, thanks! If you do smoke or have pets in the vehicle, Turo will charge a large fee. Lost items: You are responsible for all items during your rental. If you lose an item you rented from us we will charge you for the item and an additional service fee.

Lance was easy to communicate with and renting his van was stress free. It was perfect for my family to get around the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe! I would use lance again!

Unfortunately we had issues with the brakes. They were almost gone so we had to return the vehicle the next day. Wasted a full day just contacting the host and Turo to sort things out. Really really bad experience.
