(If you return car to our location in Alameda. There are several gas stations near our house at Webster St. & Buena Vista Avenue in Alameda. Also, a SafeWay gas station nearby too)
BRIDGES TOLL/ FASTRAK POLICY

Otherwise, our car has Fastrak Acct, when you cross the toll plaza the System will scan the car’s license plate and then subtract our bank. If you decide to use this feature, please keep track all the trips & tolls amount.
PLEASE...PLEASE...be remember, text me the tolls $ after the whole trip complete, so we can bill you thru Turo’s app separately.
PARKING TICKET POLICY:
Park at your own risk, avoid color zone (Red, yellow, white, blue & Bus zone please) Also, read the sign for time allowance & over night street sweeping, these tickles will cost you from $55 - $1,000 USD.
Once you get the ticket, text us so we can help you make payment immediately to avoid future hassle like: late, penalty & collection fee. we will not responsible for any tickets that you get, every dollars would come out from your pocket.

CAR CLEAN POLICY:
We mostly have the next guest come to pick up the car after your trip and we may not be around to have a chance to do the cleaning before the next delivery; so, we would like if you can do us a favor by return the car as clean as possible like we leave you the car before.
LATE RETURN & EXTENSION,
TURO INSURANCE POLICY:
For insurance purpose, Turo only give 15 minutes grace period allowance for before and after the trip; therefore, modify for earlier pick up or request for extension if return late to protect you. Also, request for extension if you need to add additional days to the trip as soon as possible to avoid over lap by the next renter so you can keep the car as long as you want.
AIRPORT GUEST Return:
Dear Turo guests, we always standby the schedule & ready to drop you off back to the Airport terminals on time. if you plan to return earlier; sure, no problem, let us know ahead of time, our agent teams always there for you.
