  • What kind of fuel does this car require?
    Premium Unleaded Gasoline, 91 or 92 Octane
  • How do I open the trunk?
    Hold the trunk release button directly left of the driver's steering wheel or hold the trunk release button on the key remote. There are no handles, latches, or buttons located on the outside of the trunk. Please be gentle when closing the trunk, the truck lid is very light weight.
  • How do I connect my phone?
    USB & 1/8'' auxiliary audio connections are located inside the center armrest console..
  • What happens if I return the car late?
    If you are more than 30 minutes late, you will be charged for the additional use. This is billed per Turo's additional use and fees policies.
  • What should I do if another Subaru WRX owner waves at me or gives me a thumbs up while driving?
    Smile and return the signal.
  • How dirty can I return the car?
    Please return the car the way you received it. If you are running late, don't have time, or cleaning supplies aren't readily available, you will be charged cleaning fees based on the severity of the cleaning required.   • What happens if I accidentally damage the vehicle?
    You will be responsible and liable for any damages. How much you will owe will depend on the insurance coverage you chose at the time of booking. You must report the damage to Turo & the host as soon as possible to properly document the incident.
  • Can I extend my rental?
    Yes! Simply follow the outlined steps below: 1. - Log into Turo.com from the web or via the mobile app. 2. - Navigate to your Trips tab and click “Booked.” 3. - Select the trip you would like to change. 4. - Select the “Change trip,” "Modify trip," or “Change trip length” button. A pop-up window will appear. 5. - Enter your new end date and time, confirm the new cost (if applicable), and submit the request.
  • How do I engage reverse?
    Pull up on the reverse lock out collar located on the shaft of the gear shift lever and then transition the shifter into the "R" position in the bottom right hand gate. (Same position as 6th)
  • What damage is covered under normal "Wear & Tear"?
    Minor accidents happen. Exterior "Wear & Tear" means small dings, dents, cracks, or scratches that are 3 inches in diameter or less to the exterior body, including rims, wheels, hubcaps, any painted or textured area of the body of the vehicle, and moldings.
  • What happens if I get caught speeding or issued a moving violation during the trip?
    Turo will have the violation transferred to your driving record and you will be responsible and liable to pay all associated fees and fines.
  • Can I leave my car at your location while renting the WRX and are there any associated costs to do so?
    Yes, you may park your car on the street if your trip is 3 days or less with no charge

First time using this app and will definitely use again. I always considered getting a WRX and this was a great way to figure out if I want one or not. Definitely going to get one. Comfortable, sporty ride, easy stick shift to use.

Cool car, nice shifter. Only thing that was a little annoying was the alarm system. There were times where it would alarm 3-4 times even though i pressed the unlock key or keyed in.
